Spitty - to be fair, you've been held hostage by unsatisfactory staff almost all your life. The trouble is that you've tolerated third-rate service for so long that your Human thinks that she must be doing a grand job.
It's a great pity. I think it's too late to try to train her properly, so I'm voting for dismissal and replacement.
