Me & My Little Friend

You aren't going to try to steal my pink polliwog
are you?

Because I am keeping it warm here, right beside
my furry tum, by the radiator, while it hatches.

It's been steeping in the valerian for a while now, so I can see where you'd want it for your own, but really, it's mine and I would miss it something fierce.

You get your own.

That's why they're called CAT toys - they're not for humans!

Aw, bless - you're nurturing it like it was a newborn kitten!

Are you hatching your pollywog Spitty? Hopefully, the Human will keep her mitts off of it, 'cuz it's your pollywog (Is that code for cat toy?). Are we seeing your maternal soft side Spittikins? What are you gonna do if it does hatch?

I understand darling. I will stay on the other side with my own well steeped schmousie.

I understand, Spitty. I have my own polliwog which I also lie on to keep safe from prying hands.

Polliwogs and radiators are both best kept close!

Nice of you to keep the polliwog warm and snug while he's "percolating" in his pre-hatch state!

I don't think humans like that smell so I think it is safe.

If you're laying on your polywog, Spitty, and it smells like valerian, does that mean you smell like valerian too?

Tell us, Spitty, is it even growing when you nurse it?
