Hello Kitties,
Well, I don't really get all the fuss about the 75th Birfday of something that can't open presents, or play Pin-the-Tailio-on-the-Donkey, or even enjoy a nice piece of cake, but what do I know?
The Humans had a pretty good time and I guess it didn't hurt the Bridge any.
So, was it worth investing seven hours to see 20 minutes of fireworks?
Well, Duh! Yeah it was!
From top of Divisadero Street hill,
taken through windshield when the Human
should have been paying attention to her driving.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!
Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!
Looking toward the bay from balcony of her friend's apartment building.
Tree bike blasting screechy music.
Let's just say it was not playing Happy Birfday.
Perhaps a re-purposed Burning Man vehicle?
On the Marina Green, with Bridge distant but lighted.
From balcony, enjoying the post-fireworks traffic melee.

My human thinks that looks like a lot of fun. She says that maybe she will come up for the 100th.

I loved the fireworks!
Spitty, I saw the some of the night celebration on TV! It sure looked like it was totally worth it! Plus, fireworks on TV are a whole lot less scary than the real thing. We're glad your Human had fun!
P.S. I totally want that tree bike!
our humans did not attempt to go into the city. they watched the fireworks from across the bay in a dog park called point isabel. the dogs came with their humans, but they didn't see any kittehs at all.

That sounds like the old codger music my peeps listen to. HAH! We saw some pawsome fireworks out our window Thursday night for the beginning of Fleet Week.

WOW that looks like an awesome party!
Very cool!
Dear Spitty,
Yes, me was at the vet today. The calming treats must be working because me let them take my temperature, cut my claws and give me my biannual shots! Me did no Ninja tricks, me was a good girl. Daddy was amazed as me won't even let other peoples touch me in our house!

Wow! That was some party! Those beans were feral. We hope the bridge appreciated it cause we did not! We don't like those big bang things. We don't like any big noises at all, unless we caused them, then we don't mind. Plus, that video woke two of us up.
We don't mind you using HaHaMeow at all! We stole it too!!!! HaHaMeow!
