Really, who needs a tree unless you want to piddle in the dirt. Lookit you widdle foot dangling off the pillow. Don't move cos I'm gonna make some kitty very happy soon. You'll forget all about the tree.

Did you pee it to death?

I don't have any indoor plants. Sometimes when we're in the back yard mom lifts me up so I can scratch the tree. I even stood on a branch once.

Ha! My mom *hoards* our live plants in her room (off limits to us) just so she can kill 'em herself!

Pretty selfish, if you ask me.

We are unimpressed with that tree. Another one is definitely needed for you to practice your bonsai skills on.

How did you kill it? We kitties here have never gotten the opportunity to kill any plant here - my human always does it first.

We're curious how you killed the tree: eating leaves, peeing in the dirt, scratching the trunk?

A replacement certainly isn't the same, is it?

Maybe you could use it as a scratching post, Spitty, though it does look pretty scrawny.

Isn't it mandatory for humans to immediately order a new tree when the old one dies or is killed?

Hi Spitty, Meowma speaking this time. Just had to tell you about my pride here. They have destroyed every plant that I have brought into the house except one. I have a big old cactus garden. They haven't killed it but....they comb their fur on it. So I have to keep a comb near by to de-fur it once in a while. I guess that is the only thing they could think of to do to it. The little stinkers.
Love your blog,
Meowma

Live plants don't stand a chance around here. You are pretty lucky to have that photoshopped one. We don't even get one of those. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
