Yes, Yes, I See You're Home.
I am not sure of what possible interest this bit of information is to me. I'm going to hiss-s-s-s at you now, and then disappear UTB for a nice long sulk. Later--maybe--we'll talk.
Oh Dear Spittykins, I so enjoyed spending some time with you while yer Bein was away and our deck was bein built noisily. Snuggle time ta remember! Iza-Lovey
We can't help but feel a little bit sorry for your human. We're sure you have been in her thoughts every moment she has been away and she couldn't wait to get home to you, and then when you two are finally reunited, you hiss at her and act like her presence in YOUR home is seriously cramping your style. Well done, Spitty. She will be putty in your paws in no time.

Spitty darling, I can't recall what I meowed to mommy early early this morning bit I know it was lots of advice on how to work the situation to your advantage for WEEKS! Also, an invitation to the Castle. I have a new toy we can bat and run with. A bread twister! Man, those twist ties are the best things since catnip! I'll wash your ears and Admiral saw your note...she is waiting, as always, just on that side of the Veil...for you.

When my human comes back from being away, I don't hiss at her - I just shun her. For her, that is even worse than hissing.
