Waiting for Godot

I seem to be having a bit of an existential crisis today.

I eat, I nap, I play:

But what does it all mean?

Just call me Vladimir.

Or maybe Vlad the Impaler?

Eat, nap, play...not necessarily in that order.

We have that dilemma here, too, King Vlad-a-Spit!

Vlad-a-Spit - we love it!

But we're still waiting.

Oh dearie, dearie, dearie Spitty: you've gone all introspective today. I blame that Human of yours (of course!). It was her threat to remove your grocery bag that's caused this crisis, wasn't it, as you contemplate the possibility of being asked to soldier on without it? There is meaning, Spitty. For starters, you do a lot more than eat, nap and play. You rule your dominions, you provide leadership and act as a role model for pusscats around the globe, you set standards for others in everything that you do without ever denigrating the best efforts of those who simply aren't in the same league. You've also showcased the whole spectrum of Human training techniques, from which thousands of pusscats have benefited, even though you, ironically, continue to struggle with getting your Human to consistently perform even some of the most basic tasks consistently well. I could list many more examples of the contribution that you make to planet Earth that you're simply too humble to acknowledge.

We are not sure, but we're glad you're living far away from us. Though you've been helping us out yesterday, thank you, but now let's keep our continents seperated from each other.

Huhu. So now we hurt your feelings? We're no mean girlcats, but scared girlcats! Vampires? Dracula? And didn't you just recently celebrate a picture where your human is BLEEDING??? And now you wonder why we're glad that we're living on two different continents, LITERALLY speaking. We like visiting you ONLINE, but we're not sure whether we want you to come to Europe.
