Sunday Selfie: Being a Good Boy
Today is the first day of the Human's last week of vacation. The new school year looms, with the Golden Ticket of Retirement dangling at the end of it. She thinks she can, she thinks she can, she thinks she can.
Wow - that vacation went quickly. I was still waiting for her 24 x 7 focus on Spitty to begin and now you're telling me that she'll be back at the Education Factory, neglecting you to the max, this time next week. Good grief.
Ohhhhhh. So she'll stay home and nurse you all day next year? We're afraid though that she'll be very busy during her last year of school. Lot of "last times" we guess, and humans tend to be very silly and sentimental when it gets to "for the last time".
YAY. One more year and then you have your peep all to yourself... of course that does have some down sides, but on the whole it is great for extra everything. As to being a good boy, well, when have you ever not? Purrrs ERin

Oh my stars...to be that close to retirement but still have to get through one year...that takes a lot of courage, Spitty!

Summer vacation ends way to soon. My human is so old she remembers when they didn't start back to school until after Labor Day.
