I Am NOT Ready for My Close-Up

Well, I am staging a one-day protest and refusing to pose for the Human. She saw fit to desert me last night while she went to an exciting and important birthday party in a town that's 75 freaking miles away from here. It was almost 11:00 p.m. when she got home and then do you know what she did? That's right! She went to bed almost right away without hardly playing with me or talking to me AT ALL. By 11:00 p.m. I had been without my dinner for hours and hours and hours. I was on the verge of starvation. It was a close thing, I tell you.

So, no pictures today.

But, yes, here's Wally bathing carefully as a budding Mancat should after his snack:

And here's his BFF, Aggie, immediately after she killed that dangerous little screw of paper with her mighty teeth & claws. Oh, and yeah, she and Wally have managed to litter their dad's hallway carpet real good:

Finally, who could resist this pose? Not my Human, evidently.

  1. My human did something similar a couple of weeks ago - took off without feeding me (or the other cats) and didn't come home for hours! These humans! Don't they know their priorities?!!?

  2. You were left alone? Without fudz? No wonder you need to contemplate revenge.

We can't believe how big Wally & Aggie are getting. Obviously, THEY get fed regular meals.

  3. That deserves ankle bites and head paws with claws out...

We hope that nefer happens ta ya again...

  4. Spitty, we are relieved you didn't starve to death; you are always welcome here, we will all share our food with you, handsome...Wally and Aggie are getting so big; that last photo was irresistible, just precious...Hope you have a fun holiday weekend, sweet friend...kisses...Calle, Halle, Sukki

  5. Make sure you give her the back of disrespect all weekend, Spitty.

  6. Darling!!! I would have given you fuds!!! Thank goodness you survived. MY mommy went off to the big city at 3 PM and didn't returns till 7PM. I was in danger of fainting with hunger (my dry fuds didn't count!) but she over compensated and I had lots of fancy Feasts I coulda shared. Next time fink of me.

  7. Oh Spitty that is just horrible. You need to punish that hooooman severly. Lots of hisses and growls. We will be right over with a bunch of food and some nip too. It really is time for revenge.
Hope all of you have a great week end.
Great pictures of Wally and Aggie.

  8. What could be more exciting and important than staying home with you and catering to your every whim!? We're so glad you survived near starvation.

Wally and Aggie are growing up to be very beautiful kitties.

  9. Those are great pictures though, but I agree, it's awful when they leave us!

  10. Spitty, we hope you are planning the purrfect revenge against your human for 1) deserting you and 2) not feeding you right away!!

pee ess. Wally, you are growing up to be an awesome mancat!! Just like me!!

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
