Pierro definitely has some excellent ideas in his comment above! I think your human needs to make this up to you by installing a RAT race track and the world's largest bird feeder right outside your window (and also in Pierro's back yard since it was his idea). A parking lot full of rats and birdies sounds almost as fun as the ocean.
