Why, yes,

now that you ask, I do have some thoughts to share.

You've been "helping" me blog for nearly three months now. For the most part, it's gone rather well.

I enjoy having this outlet to share my innermost self with feline friends all over the world. I enjoy hearing from other kittehs who must also work out the delicate balance of power in their relationship with their Human(s). I take some satisfaction in having my gloriously handsome furry self displayed for all to see. I love to gaze upon the fetching forms of certain ladycats (you know who you are!)

However, I have two complaints. First, a truly competent blog assistant would make herself available 24/7, so that as soon as inspiration arrived I could share it with all my new friends. Let's face it: You're Lazy.

Secondly, I'm a little embarrassed at the sadly simple and plain appearance of my blog, compared to the exotic and complex designs of most others. D'ya think you could buy a book or something and study up on web design? Would that really be asking so very much? Oh, I forgot: You're Real Lazy.

Spitty, we've been complaining about our boring blog for at least a year now, and we have gotten nowhere!!! We hope you have better luck with your assistant.

Spitty, we think the sparse design suits you, actually. It shows a certain elegance of restraint. Unlike our Mommy, who is exuberance personified. It can get a little embarassing, sometimes. The Baby says she REALLY likes your photo today, your black nose is relleh smexay!

LOL!

Blogger in Draft has all sorts of cool templates and design options if your human wants to try something new.

And yes, Ann at Zoolatry did our header(s) too--she does a lot of graphics work for CBers.

There's a fine line between something fun and colourful and something tacky, though, Spitty. So often simplicity = elegance.

Hey, you've got a design that works, don't mess with it or things might go bye bye. I do hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Spitty
Our hooman is a bit short on the design of our blog too, but she is so unsure about techie things that she simply sticks with the basics as she is known to really mess stuff up!
We think your blog looks great.
As you do dear Spitty!

Spitty, guys like us know minimalist design is best. There's no better showcase for us to shine in!

I know what you mean about the 24/7 assistant. Sometimes by the time my mom gets around to helping, I've completely forgotten all the very important things I've had to say!

Um, dont over-rate "exotic and complex designs". Some of them keep us trippin ads and links by mistake, some take several tries ta open, an some (like with falling snowflakes or hearts or stuff) are really hard to read and (ahem) get dropped from our list.

We like yours just fine...

*sigh* humans. I swear if they didn't open our food, we'd be fine without them. Oh ok, the cuddles are nice too.

Oh Spitty...does that mean you noticed me to in all the lady cats who visit? I am a beautiful absolutely girly Tortie and I think you are THE mancat of the year! You make my furs tingle!

My mommeh and assistant has NO common sense AT all with blog things. It's all she can do to have the plain and simple front page she does, and when Katnip Lounge gave me an award, I hemmed and hawed and meowed because my assistant, who was due to KNOW! had NO idea how to post it. She wound up doing the lame thing and putting it in my blog. I was so ashamed my whiskers drooped for an hour!!!

But, she feeds me and the snuggles and cuddles aren't bad either.
