ManCat Monday: Wassup, Pussycats?

Can you tell me where that hour is that Humans lost on Caturday?
How can they be "saving" daylight if they keep losing hours?

Mom says it's kinda like a CD...but when you put that hour into savings, you can't take it out until November...AND you don't earn any extra mintues on the deal.

What's up with that?

Yeah, we don't really get that either...but then so much of what humans do doesn't make sense.

BTW, do you know we changed URLs? Can’t recall who knows and who doesn’t, but the new one is http://keas-fuzzy-tales.blogspot.com.

What's all this about losing an hour? How come that doesn't happen here? ;)

Stacy and Brian have that thorny question answered!

Our people lost 2 hours. They came out of mountain time which doesn't switch to daylight savings. Central time is one hour ahead, and a additional hour for the spring-ahead thing. Mom's double jet-lagged.

Yeah, I don't get it either - how can daylight be saved when we lose it in November. The hour we gain then is all dark!

Humans and cats are all befuddled here. It takes about a week to adjust. Maybe.

All it means to kitties is a change in their food times and when the humans go to bed for kitties to sleep on.. Goofy huh?
You, by the way, are looking quite shiney and luxurious today! What I wouldn't give to stroke your awesome furs!
(Star swears they are soft and snuggly, but she gets a far away look in her eyes when she says that..)

There's no figuring the humans out, Spitty. We don't even try anymore.

Callie (a.k.a. Trouble) said...

Yeah, who can figure out the humans. Here in Texas, humans always say they are "fixin'" to do something - BUT that does not mean they are repairing anything....

me thinks peoples worry too much about time! Time is just a figment of their imaginations so that they can worry!
Me, Me will just go back to sleeps!
