I understand that we need to maintain an adequate treasury so that the King does not end up on the streets hunting pigeons--though, come to think of it, hmmmm, would that really be so bad?
However, it is the Royal Policy that such activities be confined to Monday-Friday. Thus, when the Human waved good-bye Caturday morning AND again Sunday afternoon, that was just too much!

Whoa! I bet the human is cheating on you with either another human or another cat. That's what humans do when they have unexplained absences that they explain as having to work late.
She left you on the weekend also? Aacck. It's bad enough to be deserted Mondays through Fridays. :-(
Well now, OUR Mommy was home ALL weekend. You would think we would be happy, right? But OH NOOOOOO. And why, you ask?
We had cat visitors! One snarly hissy cat who made the other two visitors hissy too. And they kept trying to draw maps on Mommy's hands.
Mommy says she has to earn the chicken that we so love. Bah.
We haven't quite figured out how to use our new tunnel yet, so we couldn't come hang out with you.

I would pitch a fit about that too! My human works ALL the time, of course, but she does it at home and some of this time is devoted to me and MY business so that's okay. I do not think the same applies to your human!
