Watchoo Want, Human Lady?

I am gettin' ready for a pretty long nap here and frankly I'd appreciate a little privacy.

Yes, I am grateful for your assistance with my trip to the Bayou Country with Sammy and the other Cat Scouts this weekend (yay! you finally helped me!). But it was quite tiring fighting off those 'gators, and one might've chased me into my Tunnel for the return trip.

We might have a photo of that event available at a later time. Like, tomorrow. And I want to thank my buddy Austin Towers for sharing a cabin with me and being such a fun pal!

Human, I do want you to work on being able to help me with Cat Scouts *and* my blog, though. 'Cause right now, you kind of fail at multitasking. And really, stop using "work" as an excuse. It's lame.

My human doesn't allow me to do Cat Scouts because she says she does not have time. I don't mind, though, since the rest of her time involves cat stuff too!

lol work seems to crop up as an excuse many times

Oh yeah, Spitty. WE totally get that crappy "work" excuse around here, too...

Hoomins go outside way too much. They should just sit and play with us.

Yes, 'work' is a four letter word that we do not want to hear here too. We hates it. But we are a bit glad we are not scouts as 'gators sound scary. We'll stick to bears and eagles instead.

Spitster, you look very "put out". We hope you got that snooze and relaxamacation you deserve.
XOXO

I don't understand how come your Human hasn't figured out yet how to squeeze her work in around priority #1: meeting your needs. Is she just slow or what?

What's wrong with these pollex enhanced bipeds? You'd think they'd be glad we enjoyed ourselves!!! But it was fun wasn't it ;) Thanks for being a great roomie, buddy. Not sure the bayou brewski supply will ever be replenished though!!

OMC! You got chased by gators? My human hasn't been helping me either and it's worse than blaming work. They deserted me so they could go off gallivanting for eleventy hundred and sixty ten days.

Katie Isabella said...

OH MY COD! Flynn was deserted that LONG!? WHEW! Bad news! Even worse news is that your Human who has done nothing that you approve of in as many days as Flynn was abandoned. That is an awful stinky kettle of fish. It must be dealt with and that face of yours this morning will absolutely get the job done!!
pee ess where can I go to see you and Austin?

The head peep always says "time to earn the cat food" when she leaves to go to that work place. But you know what? She hardly ever comes back with cat food, so we think it's all a put-on. If we were allowed outside, we would investigate this, but it seriously cuts into the time we get attention, treats, and blog comments.

Spitty, no don't go getting wrinkles with concern...go ahead and get that long nap in; you need to de-stress! Worry 'bout your human later...there's a good kitty.

Actually a long nap sounds like a terrific idea Spitty!

Well Spitty you and Austin certainly had quite the bachelor cabin in the Bayou.....your cookout was fab too! I hope you boys enjoyed yourselves - it was a ton of fun event wasn't it. I'm recovering myself - it was tiring and I'm getting a bit old for herding around almost 40 cats - especially in the swamp! Anyway, thanks for coming along - I hope your human realizes just how much fun you had and surely she wants that to continue - right?

Hugs, Sammy

Spitty, Mau was so happy that you were able to attend this Cat Scout event. He understands just how tired you are. Just worrying about crocs was exhausting. It sure was fun; though, and the food was amazing. He really hopes you will be participating in the next Quest as well. Spitty, it sure was fun having you along on the Bayou trip. I hope your human is gearing up for the Quest in a couple of weeks. ~Wally

I'd rather have an alligator than You-Know-Who, pal.

Why are humans such slackers. TW was just mentioning today that she spending every day of her life on my blog either writing or commenting. What’s wrong with that? Cat Scouts do not compute.

Humans definitely have more failings than cats.

You TELL her! We've been complaining about the same over here. Work! Hrmpf! A likely story! They seriously have their priorities all messed up!
