No More Mr. Nice Guy

I have Had It with my Human and her Evil Squeezy Syringes of Doom.

I Do. Not. Like. having medicine forcibly squirted into my mouth (or any other tender bodily orifice), thank you very much.

Yes, yes, for a day or two I was too weak and addled to Fight Back. But no more.

The battles today have been Epic, my Furiends. Think Thermopylae. Hastings. Waterloo. Gettysburg. Normandy.

The score stands at 1 all. The struggle continues.

Spitty - I think this is just a play for more of those wonderful drugs, isn't it? I hope it pays off!

That stink eye should be enough to make your human think twice Spitty.

Spitty I feel bad for your human, AND YOU! I remember having to give those to my Angel Bobo, I used to have to wrap him like a burrito in a towel, he hated those syringes!!! Hope you don't have to have them soon.

Good thing you still got your claws Spitty, cuz it won't be easy to put the bitey on your human. We sends our purrs that you are feeling better soon and don't need the meds.

The fact that you are ready to fight is a sign that you are beginning to feel better, Spitty, but it would be best to continue with the drugs until you are fully recovered.

Oh I feel sorry for your Mom Spitty. This is Katie's mommy speaking and you KNOW what a time I had with Admiral who said the same thing and meant it just as much as you do this moment. You two sure know how to make it hard on us. Tell your mommy that she may be able to get a Vet Tech to come out and administer what needs to be done at least part of the times. ALL my love Spitty darling. You know I love you.

You must be feeling better which is a good sign. If you’re not in pain, she can stop the pain killer one and we can sell that on the black meowket.

Having your fight back means you're feeling better. But it's important to take your medicine so your mouth heals and you don't get any infections. Close your eyes and picture a healthy mouth....that's what the medicine is for.

Spitty, we're rooting for you. We don't like stuff squirted in our mouths either.

Spitty, we know that medicine is disgusting, but we don't want your mouth to hurt, so please just try, okay? We lubs you, and hope you feel better soon.

P.S. - our Zoe has NO teefs, and she does just fine.

But who won those famous battles? Were you Napolean or Wellington? Lee or Grant? Fred Flintstone or the CAT?
