Happy Halloween again, Kitties!
You may feel, as do I, that we kind of shot our Halloween wad yesterday (although the Human took notice today that the house that appeared in yesterday's post added dozens more inflatable pumpkins and such today, turning it from Tastefully Decorated to Garish, MOL). But perhaps that is not unsuitable for Halloween, a day of wretched excess in every way.
But that is not what is on my mind tonight. Do you see the lengths I have to go to to remind the Human that she's been home for, like, 20 minutes already and she has not yet picked up my brushie? It's an outrage is what it is.

A Spooky Selfie: Spitty Celebrates Halloween
Happy Halloween, Kitties!
For the Black Cat's Big Day, I have had to abandon the Human and teleport over to our neighbors' house.
Now, these people know what the heck Halloween is all about!
As you can see, they have gone the extra mile. Personally,I wish they'd only gone the extra kilometer, as I am not especially fond of spidey over there, to the left of *my* window. I trust he will stay outdoors, and not, you know, eat me as his Halloween treat.

Fish & Friends
Sometimes a boy's need to keep clean and fresh must take precedence over killing the green fishie yet again.
From past experience, I *know* he will wait patiently till I am ready to dispatch him.
The Human abandoned me Friday night, but for once I cannot complain too loudly, as she spent time with UK friends, Carol and Barrie Pugh . . . and flat Ginger Jasper!
Carol and Barrie were an awesome ton of fun, reports the Human, and they were game for everything from Twin Peaks to Haight Street to windswept Ocean Beach! They even got to see a guy get arrested and tossed into the back of a squad car--welcome to San Francisco!

So I Really Don't Know What
the Tumult and the Shouting Is All About
Wednesday, October 26, 2016
Meh.
I told the Human that this was a really, really boring picture but she said, "C'mon, Spitty! It's orange and black! Halloween colors! Giants colors! It'll be fun!"
I dunno. Are you having fun?

Stealth Fish Is Not Very Stealthy
Gotcha!
P.S. Little did we know yesterday when we linked "Devil or Angel" that the multi-talented, swoon-worthy Bobby Vee would die today. His music was part of the soundtrack of the Human's youth; here's another favorite! Godspeed, Bobby

Tocktober's Spittitocks
And there I was, stretched out sweetly asleep, innocent as a lamb.
No risk of bloodletting for anyone.
And yet . . . and yet . . . there she was again. This time, snapping indecent photos
of my nether regions to post on the Innerwebs for all to see.
She's a disgrace is what she is. I think I might need to hire a cattorney.

Two Stormy Beauties
The Most Beauteous Aila, of Punapippuri's Kingdom in Finland(N), sent me this glorious pin-up of her alluring baff, which has been placed in a little shrine to be paid the reverence and attention she so richly deserves. Just look at those shell-pink earsicles! Sigh.
While here is a quite different version of stormy--Monterey Bay last weekend on a drizzly but still beautiful Sunday.

Playtime, Redux
I am very ashamed of the Human for so quickly abandoning our new visiting plan when it became a little "inconvenient." You know what? It might be inconvenient for me to snuggle or purr or do any of those delightful kitty things she loves so well. Do you hear me, Human?
You may resume playtimes now, though.

Hot-Day-Sleepytimes-Boy-Cat-with-Sunspot
Oh, so you don't think that's what a sunspot is? And what makes you such a sunspot expert all of the sudden? It looks like a sunspot to me.
So unless your name is Carl Sagan or Nicolaus Copernicus, I'm sticking with my story, all right?

Welcome Home, Human!
I'm kind of busy with my box right now, but I can make some time for you later this evening, maybe around 9:45 or so?
I mean, you weren't so very interested in me when you waltzed right out of here on Friday afternoon. Yes, yes, I know I purred and cuddled when you came home yesterday, but I was desperate then.
Now? Well, now, not so much. But be patient. *I* was.

TBT*
No, no, not Mark from Mark's Mews, but a stoopy Throw Back Thursday.
Why stoopy, you may rightfully ask? And I will be more than happy to answer! The Stoopy Human is taking her stoopy self and friend to Carmel for the weekend and they are staying in a very, very non-stoopy house that is being lent to them by a decidedly non-stoopy Lady who is a Board member at the Human's school. It is right on the beach, too! *She* thinks it is going to be swell.
But yes, you only need one guess who is Not Invited. And in fact what with some useless last-minute tidying so my Aunties will not be too appalled at the state of our house, and her packing enough stuff for five weekends, the Human never got around to taking a fun picture of me this evening. Phffft.
So that's when she recalled that old Throw Back Thursday dodge that Lazy Humans with nuffing much to say use all the time.
At least this shows off my beautiful furs and alluring pink tongue. I'll be all alone here, you know. Waiting.

Must You Stalk Me?
Feel free to join me here on the freshly-laundered bedding, Human. It's very clean and comfortable, and honestly, don't think I'm not grateful for these little housekeeping efforts you make from time to time.
Please remember, though, that it's pretty annoying when you follow me using the clickity-clickity box.
Don't make me lock you in my Basket, now.

Sunday Selfie: My Cubist Period
If Picasso can draw humans one limb or one feature at a time and reassemble them all willy-nilly, then certainly *I*, Spitty the Kitty, can highlight my best features for your delectation.
Here, for example, is my dangly leg. It is artfully posed and highlighted by a narrow strip of sunlight that appears to shoot almost directly out of my a**. Heh.
Picture #2 offers a stunning view of my Toe Hawks, one of my very best features. As you can see, they sprout delightfully from between my toes, forming a nice pad beneath my little feets, as well as an efficient dust collector for depositing evidence of my visits all around the house.

Finally, I offer this close-up of my precious Beans, looking like tiny eggs in a furry nest.
Do not concern yourself, however: They will not be hatching anytime soon.

Sleeping on My Basket of Deplorables
"And what is in the basket?" you may ask.
Wonder no more, my furiends!
1. Fleas
2. Whoever it was at Whiskas that decided to stop making my favorite foods
3. The word No* in all its myriad forms
4. The Hots
5. The Stabby Place
What's in your Basket?
(* On wise advice from our Bestie, Megan, I am adding the following qualifying phrase to #3: . . .word No spoken by a Human . . .)

Helloooooooooooo, LadyCats!
Yes! It's me, the Winky Cat with no paws.
Well, what did you really expect from a Sunday Selfie?
It's not like I know how to use a camera or nuffing. Phffft.

Finally! Caturday Love
A little dusty, a little unkempt, a little off-center, but Oh! the joys of the pettings and the purple beddy and the above-average foodables.
Plus, those Giants are on the kind of tiny winning streak which may propel them into the wild-card spot in the playoffs. The Human is thinking that may not necessarily be a good thing, but it is entertaining to ponder.
