Tucked-In Tuesday

Some days, I disengage my powerful brain
and empty my mind of all my cares and woes.
I find it soothing to curl in my paws
and allow my eyes to drift slightly out of focus.
It's even better, of course,
when the Human is off at work.
Which, right now, she is not.

It is really hard to meditate when there is a human around, Spitty - that is one thing I know all too well!

You never know if she might open a can of food, or turn on the vacuum cleaner or WHO KNOWS? However there is probably an increase in some other desirable things when she is home, like brushies.
Audrey wants to know if there will now be a decrease in how often you can sneak out and come for naps in the red beddie.

MOL Spitty. You need a hidey place for those times you to let your eyes drift a little out of focus. Then the Human can't bother you. Have a great day
Oh, Good job finding that stray cat a home. That is so so wonderful.

Heeeee. Spitty, there IS the pleasure of brushies you know. But still I understand about wanting to just
"be". I was doing that on top of my bag for about half an hour and mom got all concerned about it and started petting me to make sure I was alright. Gee WHIZ already! I went to my crow's nest! xoxoxo

I bet your Royal mind is still busy. A King's work is never done (plus you have all of those new ladycats names to file aways in your little black book!)

Hi Spitty you sound like zen master :-)
Hopefully the flashy box will go away...

It is very hard to do this deep meditating with the human as then they are all in your face to see if you are well when you are trying to be zen.

Damn and blast. Humans have the WORST timing, do they not?

Nothing irritates me more than when Mom starts cooing to me when I am trying to be in my moment.

Yep, your eyes look a bit out of focus, as does the rest of you. Heh heh! Did TW take the picture? She loves paw curls.

Spitty, this has nothing to do with your post, but the mom really, really wants to play with your long cheek furs!

You're looking especially Zen, even with the ears of annoyance!
Star is gazing over my shoulder at the wonder of your eyes. I, myself, am as always loving your glossy furs!

FaRADaY: *nods wisely* oh yeah, they can be VERY disruptive!

Allie: That was NOT a "wise nod" I just saw you attempt, Brat. You sooo need to go meditate some more. Truly.
