Spittyless, but Not Kittyless

So the Human has been thinking back to some of the Kitties Who Came Before. This is picture of baby Clarkie and his Big Bro and Bestie Mr. Teeth, who was about 18 months old in this picture. The Human says they were both Very Good Boys, but that Mr. Teeth was the Cat of a Lifetime. Hmmmmm. I do not know exactly how I feel about that. I mean, there's still time, right? I'm not finished with her yet.

My human's cat of a lifetime was the cat before Sparkle. She says this cat and I are diametric opposites! Which is interesting.

Oh Spitty. That's devastating. I'm so sorry that she told you that.

I've had a Cat of a Lifetime, and after he died, I wasn't able to have another cat because I figured that I would always feel as though they weren't as 'good' as the Cat of a Lifetime.

Still, the Human was prepared to come and work for you, so I guess she must have seen some potential. And, you're quite right: you've still got plenty of time to persuade her that that Mr Teeth character was certainly very special but not a patch on King Spitty. Go at it Spitty!

Well Spitty, I think she told you that to keep you whipped into shape - you know - a little incentive to try to be the very bestest ever. I do believe that you have done your best and if she doesn't recognize that - well - PHOOEY!

Hugs, Teddy

They were real cuties though!

Definitely cuties. And without wanting to hurt your dignity.... I understand. Toby was that cat for me, and part of my heart has been permanently scooped out with his passing.

Mr. Teeth has his foofoo in the air, Spitty. So un-Spitty-like!

How adorable! We had no idea there had been others and photographic evidence of such. And those poses! How un-Spitty-like indeed!

OMC, look at that little baby and his big bro! Two handsome boys if ever there was! Spitty, we know here that our mom's CoaL was Russell, but we also know she loves us just as much. We bet the same is true with your human.

She had two of them at a time? Now she can only have one? You are one for two option.

They are lovely, but it was mean to tell you that Mr.Teeth was her Cat of a Lifetime. You had better remind you that she is now dealing with Mr.Claws.
Eric and Flynn were both our Cat of a Lifetime. They were so much part of each other that it would be impossible to say one was more so than the other. We have had many cats through the years but our boys stand out from them.

Dad talks about Heart Kitties which I think is the same as "A cat of a lifetime." He explained that the heart can grow to have more than one very special and loved kitty in it. I think you have already achieved the status of Cat of a Lifetine my friend. You are a cat among cats and stand alongside those who have gone befur
