(Not Really) Wordless Wednesday:
Pandemic Edition

My friends, this is my Pandemic Scream. Remember back in the 1970s when therapists encouraged the Primal Scream? (No? You don't? Well, that's cause you are not a Boomer!)
Anyway, those people thought they had problems. Smack my Furry Forehead!
Who would've thought fires, hurricanes and murder hornets would not even make the Top Five Troubles of Twenty/Twenty?

However . . .

Pandemic Neighborhood Art!
Notes:  Chalk art next to GG Bridge is Sutro Tower, an ugly but useful giant TV/radio/who-knows-what-all antenna atop Twin Peaks; the Honey Bear is a popular design, popping up all over, lately wearing a sweet little mask (this must be an older one); penguins are also by the Honey Bear guy (who goes by fnnch); the mural is on Grattan Street in Cole Valley, painted by the homeowner herself.*

*I am told this may be an alternative fact. The artist may or may not be the resident. Don't sue me, please. I'm only a kitty!

Boomer!!!!
Folks around our neighborhood have been making chalk art on the sidewalks; they are very inventive!
Also, children are drawing and writing words of encouragement, and taping them up in windows, so while out and about, we can read, "love" "peace" "stay home", etc.
In addition, folks have tied white ribbons on their trees, supporting the Covid-19 front line workers.

What is a... Oh Dad You are a Boomer. So that old scream is like when I ask for treats? No? Oh like when Rumpy asks for treats, Loud!
Dad says he is glad to be a Boomer but wishes it was still back then and there. Him and his pal said that it is like when he was a kid and all the old guys said it was better way back when. Yep same thing. Great work Spitty

Spitty, thanks for all the beautiful images. Many similar things can be found around our city. In fact, an entire day a few weeks ago was set aside for people to do chalk art drawings and many beautiful things were created. Many ore things are permanent murals. Mom remembers that scream and has used both in the 70s and since. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

TW loves the art; I love your primal scream. That honey bear is kinda cool. Dunno if you've seen my FB page but we have fairy doors around town. Wonder if fairies taste good.

Well, TBT has let out a few primal screams himself (and he comes from before the therapy idea).

Politics is weird. He once screamed about Reagan, then the 2nd Bush. Now he wishes for Reagan. Beins can never decide...

Nice art, but it would be even nicer if it were of you. XO
