Sunny Sunday Selfie
We are very happy living here in the Cool Gray City of Love, as both the Human and I hates the hots with a burning passionate loathing. However, thus far this August, there has been only ONE (1) day that reached 70°. So even though we love our fog, it was a Good Thing to see the sun today.

Although my human slathers herself in sunscreen before even considering going out the door, she does like having the sun around. So she would probably miss it if she lived up where you do, Spitty!
We're not sure we could deal wit the fogs all the time - and we are delighted you have become reacquainted with the sun.

Spitty, I am trying hard to organize a vacation trip to your city...I am fascinated by the weather, it's history, and all the cool things to do there.
Those who live around these parts have to love the gray more than the hots.

Burning passionate loathing would also describe our mom's opinion of hot weather. She just cannot stand it for a minute. We are looking at the hottest summer on record with more days over 90 degrees than ever before. It's this weather that makes her wish to be back in California. So happy you have finally seen the sun. It can get very depressing when it is missing day after day. We were so happy to see you on the hop. Have a great week. I am glad you got some sun, Spitty. Our normal summer temperature is around 65, but this year we have had hot days of nearly 90.We don't like it!
