Sun Salutation and Morning Ambulation
While I do my morning yoga, the Human usually takes a short walk to clear her head so she can be at her best for our boring pandemic life. I think it is a hopeless endeavor, but it gets her outta the house and outta my furs for awhile, so hey-ho, okay by me.
To amuse herself, she takes pictures of random things she finds along the way. Because she does not have her own blog, she wishes to share some here occasionally. We'll see how it goes.
Little Broken Barbie here met her demise in front of our building. She may have been trying for the Venus de Milo look, but . . . nope.
So these were rather neatly tossed on a bench in the park. Since the shoes are unscuffed and the bag still had its price tag, Sherlock and I surmise that they were probably shoplifted by someone who later decided they did not suit her (or his) fashion sense. In a less virus-conscious time, the Human might have checked them out herself.
This lovely neighbor cat drew the Human's attention this very morning. She went up to the window and started talking to the sweet kitty. But oddly, the kitty did not check her out. Or talk back. Or breathe. In fact, as you have all no doubt figured out a WHOLE lot faster than the Human, this was not a RealKitty© at all, but rather a serene and silent stuffie. To be fair the Human did not have her glasses on. But still . . . really?

Good morning King Spitty and Human (yes, it is still morning here for another 40 minutes.)
Your human does find interesting things on her walks, but talking to the stuffie did make me laugh. Those of us who wear glasses, and some who don't have all done it!
I would have had to admit my mom would have down the same. She would have been so enchanted with a kitty in the window she'd gone right up to it and commenced chatting with it. Poor man.
See? You were right. Our mom's are a hot mess indeed. Let's confer. And the Peggie Blankie is waiting for us. Lots of
room.
XXOO
It is very hard to tell the kitty was a stuffie ...
interesting photos :-)
Those were fun photos Spitty, I'm glad you humor her!
Your city is certainly interesting! What with new merchandise and fake cats I'd start worrying if mum slipped into the Fringe dimension. Tell her to leave the portal open. Xoxo
Spitty, I too take photos of the random things that I find while out and about; mufflers in the middle of the road, lost "I Voted!" stickers, and a dead bat...just to name a few.
AND I too have 'talked' to a non-living cat before...and will do so again! In fact, this blog began because of the ghost cat that scared me one night on our back deck. It was a statue left by a friend/neighbor, but I only say a white cat in the moonlight!
When mum is out walking or riding around she always checks out houses to see if there are any cats in the windows. She does see cats :)
Some random stuff in aome areas too, but not as cool as the shoes and purse !

Mom thought that cat’s face looked a little too flat to be real! We think your photo is super cute. Poor doll had a hard life! Misty May sends kisses. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
Those are interesting finds. That kitty fooled me too. XO
Nice of you to give your human a break and allow her to show some of her random photos of the neighborhood on YOUR blog. The doll is probably a prototype for a new collection of dolls "Pitiful Barbies".....could be all the rage! The swiped shoes and bag are interesting as is the stuffie your human had a raging conversation with. Never a dull moment in your neighborhood is there?!
Hugs, Teddy
Our mom goes for a walk most every morning too. But she’s never seen stuff like that!
TW gave up her daily walks cos it's too damn hot here. She wishes she had the exercise. HAH! At least your human saw it was a cat without her goggles. TW prolly would have saw a dog.
Who in their right mind would put a not-real kitty in a window?
Or talk to said not-real kitty for that matter! MOL
Proof that Beins sometimes only recognize us by movement! Well, OK, thats how we see mousies. But still, we are better than mousies.
I think you should encourage your Human's walking and photography endeavours. This launch episode was interesting.

Kind of interesting snaps from the area and we like em. We like that cat the most but it is who we are after all, even if he is not real
