Chillaxin'

Yes, Kitties, I definitely got to cool my heels today as the Human spent 15 hours at her job, instead of home taking orders from me as she should. It was Back-to-School Night for parents, so those poor, long-suffering people had to spend two hours listening to the whining drone of teacher after teacher--really, it's cruel and unusual punishment for them. Did they perhaps earn one detention too many during their own schooldays that they should be forced to sit and endure chemistry and English and algebra after a long hard day at their own jobs?

The Human tried hard to be scintillating, but honestly, what were the chances? It's bad enough when she bores her students but it's really sinful when she starts in on the grown-ups.

We will be around to visit you tomorrow, my Furry Furiends. The Human claims she's too 'zawsted. Sigh.

Aw Spitster, give her a BREAK! She cannot possibly be as boring as Äiti. I mean, they don't have back to school nights here in Finland purely for that reason. She'd just bore them too much. But she does have to stay late one day next week so we have things planned for then. Fancy coming over and doing a bit of house wrecking ?

15 hrs at her job? That must be tiring, how could she not listen to you? Doesn't you be the king of the house??

My human remembers going to her kids' back to school nights. They were not too boring, but it WAS hard fitting into those little chairs.

Fortunately, my *kids* don't go to school so there's no need for me to attend Back-To-School Nights. Whew. :)

Spitty it takes special people to be around young folks all day and teachers are very special!!! Mom is un-special...she really can't stand kids. Or other people for that matter. She's pretty much a loner, happy with her own company and the company of cats. Wait! She IS special after all!

That's a long workday, Spitty ...but I know you just can't relate cuz' "work" and cats don't belong in the same sentence!! And esp. not when one is the king. MOL.

I kinda feel sorry for your human for having to listen to the parents... Because lets face it, everyone thinks their own kid is perfectly awesome (same with our kitties, no one elses is quite as wonderful, right!) and parents get awful snotty with teachers.. I know, I've been listening to some young mothers talk about how they almost attack the teachers for what they do and do not teach and when.. Talk to the school board people!
sorry.. I rant...

Spitty dear, when you go visiting tomorrow, be sure to come back to todays post over Celestial Kitty way, there's movies of Star! MOL

Star says: Aw, Spitty! If I'd known you were alone for so long, I'd have come and kept you company! I'll come over now, if you want.. *silky smile*

Our condolences to the pitiful humans that had to endure.

In other news; tomorrow I am releasing the 'super secret footage' that was captured of you just prior to your...er...de-plumbing. It's time the world witnessed your Bravery! Your Uncommon Valor! Your positive Fierceness in the face of certain doom!

Spitty, maybe she should take up another career, you know, become a politician or something? ;)

TW says she only let her mother go once. Your human should've talked about you and the Spitty rocks—you know the ones from Tiny Pearl Cat. That would've been riveting.

Oh, Spitty! We were just laying like that, except with our head curled in, and between the feet of my woman. You look splendid, Fang boy.

We are sorries for your human. Who thinks up these tortures? We think that she is even more glad to be home with you. Purrs.

Well, waydaminit, Spitty. This time we're with your human. Just think of all the mindless drivel she had to put up with from all those parents...questions and stuff. We kinda feel sorry for your human for having to go through that. ;)
