Shrinkin' windows! Gosh... who ever knew THAT could happen? I think this might need a little further investigation. It's possible that someone 'stole' part of your windowsill. I wouldn't put it past a peep to do a somethin' like that.

i dunno Spitty - I fink it has more to do wif your Rapidly Expanding Majesty. I have heard that fings like that happen when a kitteh becomes Kingly and whatnots. Empires expand, as do budgets, harems, waistbands, etc's. Good lucks finding an appropriately sturdy window sill. You deserve it. xo.
