It's a lovely cool, gray day--the very best kind after the summer-in-winter of the past six weeks.  Oh pleasepleaseplease: We can has rain?

Wow, and it's finally warmed up here (50s and 60s over the last four days). Weather is just so weird, isn't it?

Say, my mom wants to know if there is still Zim's out there. Apparently she had breakfast there once about forty years ago and just can't let it go.

Ha! It was the title of your post that made her think of it! She was on some sort of a 1970s Clint Eastwood-inspired tour through SF and Carmel (you probably shouldn't ask) with her sister. Who knows why she remembers that, of all things, especially when the highlight of the trip was getting into the car to head back to San Diego after a night in Sausalito and finding about 200 moths in the back of it.

Cod, Spitty, now THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS THIS STORY.
