Fun Times, Domestic Division (Not in Egypt)

Well, Kitties, as you can see I have not yet departed for points East. The Human convinced me to reconsider my plans and wait until I am summoned by whatever incompetent Human ends up in charge. They will appreciate me all the more if it is their idea, correct?

And meanwhile, I have this nice tunnel to be afraid of play around because I'm afraid to really be inside it I enjoy poking at the sides and sniffing the ends.

Also, I have my most favorite pink fevver toy and my other weird stringy raffia toy that I love beyond all reason.

Yeah, things are pretty good here. And Fuzzy and Zoe got me a little worried about the availability of the high-quality noms in a country with other things to worry about.

Spitty, I have a confession. I like our tunnel, but once my mom got me a "krinkle sack" and it scared the you-know-what out of me. I mean, my tail even puffed up near it.

We don't have it any more.

P.S. I think you might be the only one NOT getting snow!

Spitty, we love our tunnel...but yours *could* have a monster in it. Like our Lotus cat tree, it has a seriously BAD infestation of ogres, trolls and such in the bottom hole.
We are thrilled you decided to stay Home. Fuzzy and Zoe, we owe you one.

Spitty-the-Kitty, we're glad you're sticking around home! We have a tunnel like yours but a different color, and we hate it. It's not that we're scared of it (like we know you're not), but we just don't see the point of it. Now our cubes we got for Christmas? We LOVE those! Probably because they did not come from our mom :)

Spitolla, those tunnels are just not for certain cats. Raymond loves ours, but I am not fond of it at all. We're glad you decided to stay in the Bay area instead of jetting off to Egypt.

I think there is probably a ghost in your tunnel. I wouldn't go in it either.

Spitty, what would I have done if you LEFT? Thank goodness you reconsidered.

I will admit, my tunnel was of no use to me. It didn't take me away from the PTU the way I thought it would..and it made noises when I went inside which made me KNOW there were horrible trolls scratching at its sides trying to get in to eat me UP!

I just bypassed it till mom took it up and gave it away to some other hapless kitty!

None of us will go near a crinkle anything toy or tunnel. We do not like noise.

Hi Spitty. My boys have the same tunnel (in different color)! They enjoy going inside. Looks like you are afraid...I mean, poking at sides and sniffing.
Thank you for your comment in my blog. When I got the award, I thought about you but you got it from Admiral, too. My boys and I would love to see your 7 things. (No pressure to your human!)

My mom never gets snow days either - this is truly atypical. But you can laugh with us at this part: We live in an apartment complex, and we have a garage (townhouse type place). The snowplows came through this morning and piled snow up at the end of the 'drive way' (where she pulls out of the garage) that went up to the top of her thigh. She doesn't have a snow shovel, so she was outside with a trashcan, scooping snow and dumping it on a grassy area. HAHAHA We were watching her out the window, laughing our whiskers off. She didn't get it all moved off, and she's supposed to go to work tomorrow. We'll be watching to see how she proposes to get her sports car out over the tall snow drifts and snowplow piles. Maybe we'll see if we can film it.

Eek! We saw a show about where we kitties originated, an we were horrified to see that in Egypt we are considered street pests, not pampered masters! DONT GO THERE...
