Seasons in the Sun

Yeah, seasons like autumn and winter, which seem to have passed us over with nary a trace!  Still, here I am bathing my nice paw in the brilliant sunshine; by the way, you might think to ask: "Spitty, was it you who scratched up that wood?" to which I would reply, "So what if I did?"

So I have had an unsatisfactory couple of days during which the Human's priorities have been tragically misplaced. She worked Caturday morning and then attended a work event Caturday night and I did not get my dinner after ten o'clock, Kitties, after ten o'clock! I haven't seen my favorite pink brush in days! We have not had laptime at all! (Now, I know you all know I don't even like or allow laptime, but it's just wrong that she hasn't even tried. C'mon!)

I can't wait for her Purrformance Review. She doesn't know what's coming, Kitties, doesn't even have a clue.

Spitty I don't know how you do it! You are such an inspiration to us all the way you are continually neglected and manage to be so stoic. It's truly heartwarming. I am verklempt.

Bathe that nice paw and then, dip in the other paw and allow the warm sunshine to work it's way up to that man catly leonine head of yours..and enjoy the warm cheer it brings. In other words...get ready for smoochies tomorrow. All of your harem will be there to groom you and give you smoochies till your fur glistens like a piece of satin! (not that it doesn't already)

We wouldn't stop at the wood. After that disgraceful treatment, shoes and furniture must die. Yak isn't good enough for your Human.
And Mis Admiral has a point; do you have a schedule for all us girls or should we show up en masse?

The way your human is behaving, it sounds like she is not even AWARE of the upcoming Purrformance Review! Boy, is she in big trouble and she doesn't even know it!

Spittola, does your Mother think you are European or something? We thought only those cats who live over the pond eat dinner so late.

We can tell your Mom is going to have a very interesting performance review.

Enjoy the sun today, pal, because it sounds like we bay area folks are in for a week of rain. Bah!

I can see your human is completely unaware of the impending purrformance review and when she sees it it will come as a total surprise.
10 o'clock...oh now that is just too far.

Aw, Spitty...it's a shame that you are being neglected like that...your human really needs to get it together...scratch some more wood, okay??

Oh my, that review should be something Spitty!

Heh. If you scratched the wood, I would say HIGH FIVE! It's Divine Feline Design!

I hope we get to see the PR results...it sounds like it will be most entertaining...

Spitty,

Happy Valentine's Day.

You really look like you're enjoying that sunshine. It does feel really good...we're finally getting some ourselves.

And the boys are sleeping through it all!

Such a late dinner is a fail! We are sure glad TBT is home all day; we generally get fed every 4 hours.

Happy Valentine's Day, Spitty!

Spitty, that is just so wrong. I hope you have the strength to read this after getting dinner so late.
